The property was fairly clean with pleasant and obliging staff. The room I stayed in was compact by curtains. I appreciated that there were lots of facilities in the room such as: central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television.
The bed was too high, that's my bad luck.

This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and flat-screen TVs. I remember how the staff kindly helped my old parents during our first visit. Highly recommend for a cozy stay!

We appreciated this hotel, it was fairly clean with an IDEAL and genuinely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Everything was good, though a few employees were kind of rude.

Clean rooms with an individual safe, an air conditioning and a work desk. Great personnel, exceptionally comfortable bed. Brilliant location in Vancouver, right by downtown Vancouver, easy and eateries.
Dirty bathroom.

Good location, but there are better options for similar price.
Booking through third-party website was not good. Book directly through the hotel if possible to get an accurate idea of parking availability, etc.

We had a fun family trip exploring Vancouver's attractions! The hotel was great location for walking to Stanley Park and English Bay, with plenty of shopping nearby. It was ideal for our large group, especially with four teenagers who loved the cozy rooms.
In my wife's opinion, more dining options for families would be great.
